Terms & Cancellation Policy

Effective: June 1, 2026 · Applies to all RizmiMind subscriptions

1. Subscription Plans

RizmiMind offers the following paid subscription tiers, each available in three billing periods:

All prices in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes.

2. Billing & Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled in advance. By subscribing you authorise RizmiMind to charge the payment method on file at the applicable rate.

  • Monthly Plan — charged every 30 days.
  • Semester Pass — charged as a single payment every 6 months.
  • Annual Pass — charged as a single payment every 12 months.

You will receive an email reminder at least 7 days before any renewal charge exceeding CA$50.

3. Cancellation Policy

Monthly Plan

You may cancel your Monthly subscription at any time before your next billing date. Cancellation stops future charges; you retain access until the end of the current paid period. No partial-month refunds are issued.

🔒 Semester Pass (6-month commitment)

The Semester Pass requires a 6-month minimum commitment. By purchasing this plan you agree to the full 6-month billing cycle. Early cancellation is not available — access and charges continue for the full commitment period. You may cancel renewal before the next 6-month period begins.

🔒 Annual Pass (12-month commitment)

The Annual Pass requires a 12-month minimum commitment. By purchasing this plan you agree to the full annual billing cycle. Early cancellation is not available — access and charges continue for the full commitment period. You may cancel renewal before the next annual period begins.

To cancel, use the Manage Billing link in your student dashboard, or contact us at support@rizmimind.ca. Cancellations are processed within 24 hours.

4. Cooling-Off Period & Refund Policy

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a strict 7-day money-back guarantee on the initial purchase of any paid plan, subject to both of the following conditions:

  • The refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.
  • Fewer than 2 tutoring sessions have been started under the subscription.

If both conditions are met, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

This guarantee applies to the initial subscription purchase only — it does not apply to renewal charges or plan upgrades. Refunds are not available after the 7-day window or once 2 or more sessions have been used, regardless of the billing period.

To request a refund, email support@rizmimind.ca with the subject line "Refund Request" and your account email address.

5. Plan Changes & Upgrades

You may upgrade to a higher-tier plan at any time from your billing settings. The unused portion of your current plan will be prorated toward the new plan.

Downgrades (e.g. switching from Annual to Monthly) take effect at the end of the current commitment period. You cannot downgrade mid-cycle on a Semester or Annual plan.

6. Free Plan

The Free plan is available indefinitely at no cost. It is limited to 10 tutoring sessions per month (6 messages per session) and does not include parent dashboards, WhatsApp alerts, or advanced AI features. No payment information is required for the Free plan.
